Guide Star keeps a profile of your Parkinson's — symptoms, medications, goals — and uses that on every question so you don't have to re-explain yourself. Family can join a Care Circle for free and get their own answers about how to help, without changing your information. It is not a doctor, and it is not a replacement for your neurologist.
